These terms apply to MemoryMatch.ai, run by Yarkii LLC. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for what is done through your MemoryMatch.ai account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one. You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your avatar

Creating an AI avatar is covered by the Likeness Policy, which you agree to before taking any photos. You set up your avatar once; changing how your avatar looks afterwards (a new set of photos) costs $4.99 each time. Everything shown on MemoryMatch.ai is AI-generated.

Acceptable use

Do not use MemoryMatch.ai to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights,
• harass, threaten or impersonate other people,
• interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or overload it, or
• access it through automated means in a way that burdens it or gets around its limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that do.

The service

MemoryMatch.ai is new and will change. We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering the service, with notice where we reasonably can.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, Yarkii LLC is not liable for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with the date they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
